I help my clients rediscover their love of food without dieting or restriction.
I wholeheartedly believe all foods can fit – whether you are living with a health condition or not. I'm here to help you rediscover a balanced way of eating that is both nourishing for the body and satisfying for the soul!
My vision of healthy eating is for it to be intuitive, nourishing, diverse, practical, and most importantly - enjoyable for YOU!

I've been a foodie ever since I can remember!
From playing in the garden with my mom, to discovering new foods and flavors of the world with my dad - I can't remember a time when I didn't love to get creative in the kitchen! I eventually became a little chef myself and started cooking delicious meals + packing healthful lunches for the family!

It's no wonder I decided to study nutrition sciences at the University of Moncton and learn all about food's nourishing and healing potential.

Since then, I've worked in multiple settings as a Registered Dietitian - including hospitals, diabetes education centers, oncology clinics and grocery stores. But even with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nutrition and years of hands-on clinical and practical experience, I was not immune to the effects of diet culture. I realized how dieting can be harmful to my patients' physical and mental health.

This is why I decided to shift my practice to a non-diet one (no unnecessary restrictions here!). I help my patients rediscover their love of food and forget about the food guilt. I believe habits are a powerful thing, and focus on changing behaviors rather than the number on the scale. My goal is to help my patients tap into their inner wisdom and intuition to achieve their best health! I take an individualized and non-judgmental approach with each of my clients, cheering them on every step of the way.
