One-on-one nutrition counselling is a valuable investment that is personalized to you! We will work collaboratively to optimize your nutrition so you can feel nourished, energized, and tuned-in with your health.
Together, we explore your health and diet history, medications and supplements, blood work, and current routine. We discuss your values and goals and create a customized plan that suits your needs and lifestyle.
You will be provided with electronic resources such as easy recipes and meal suggestions, worksheets and/or nutrition guidelines/protocols.

Grocery Store Tours

In this 60-minute session, you will learn to read and understand nutrition labels and ingredients lists, explore new foods and products, and discuss topics such as shopping on a budget and meal planning.
Grocery store tours are available virtually or in-person to residents of the Greater Moncton Area (NB).
