Why work with a dietitian?
In Canada, Registered Dietitians (RDs) are healthcare professionals regulated by provincial colleges or associations. Registered Dietitians have obtained an undergraduate degree in nutrition sciences, completed an accredited dietetic internship and a national certification exam, and are required to meet continuing education criteria in order to stay up to date in their fields of practice.
As a Registered Dietitian, I’m passionate about food and the science behind it, and want to help you understand the connection between the two so you can embrace your food's potential and live a vibrant, healthy life!
